Our clinic is located at 920 NE 112th Ave #103 in Vancouver, WA. Access our parking lot from either 112th or 9th.
Camas
Our clinic is located at 3252 NE 3rd Ave, Suite #2. We are in the Lacamas Center near the PeaceHealth Lacamas clinic.
Airline PT & Spine
Our clinic is located at 2600 Airline Drive, Suite B. You cannot make a left turn into our driveway from Airline Drive, so if you are traveling westbound to visit us, you will need to turn around at the light.
Elite Graham
Our clinic is located toward the 224th street entrance of the Graham Town Center.
Elite Bonney Lake
Our clinic is located behind the Speedway at the corner of S Prairie Road and WA-410.
Elite University Place
Our clinic is located in the red building with the University Place Medical Clinic sign on the outside. There is a small parking lot accessible at the driveway near the Fir Park Apartments sign.
Elite South Tacoma
Our clinic is located in the Pacific Place South shopping center off Pacific Ave S or 140th Street S.
Elite North Tacoma
Our clinic is located at the corner of N 26th street and N Highland street, accessible from 26th street.
Lakeview PT & Spine
Our clinic is located at 7119 West End Boulevard, at the corner of West End and Allen Toussaint Blvd. Please note that where we are located, West End is a one-way street. You can get to West End from Allen Toussaint by turning down Milne, then turning right down one of the cross streets.
