Great staff. All trainers I worked with were very thoughtful and demonstrated that they cared about my advancement and progress after total knee replacement. I’ve worked with a couple of the physical therapists at Elite PT (both Tacoma and Bonney Lake) a variety of times over the past decade. Every physical therapist I’ve worked with there has been extremely kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me. As a very active person, I’ve suffered a plethora of injuries over the years, and they’ve helped me both at the clinic through paid assessments as well as live in person free clinics at Fleet Feet Sports. To me, this shows that they genuinely care and are dedicated to supporting the community! One more thing I love in particular about the physical therapists at Elite PT is they are active people. They are runners, climbers, exercisers, etc, so they understand how important it is for active people like myself to continue moving. They often have given me exercises I can do while still doing the sport I am currently participating in, whereas other physical therapists I’ve worked with have often told me I had to stop being active in some way. Recently, I saw Omero from the Bonney Lake clinic for a hand/wrist injury I got while bouldering. (Bonus: Omero is a climber himself!!) After I gave him a brief explanation of how I’d injured it, he did a couple physical assessments for various ranges of motion at my elbow and wrist. He was then quickly able to diagnose the issue and gave me recommendations for my climbing to support recovery. It’s now a few months later and that wrist is pain-free and injury-free! Thanks, Omero! Shawn is fantastic! He’s personable and genuinely fun to be around, which made physical therapy something I looked forward to instead of dreaded. He really cares about working with you rather than just moving you through a checklist of exercises each session. He took the time to understand how different movements felt for my shoulder and adjusted based on that instead of just going through the motions. He worked carefully to rebuild my strength after rotator cuff surgery, and I am 4 months post-op and getting ready to start softball season now, felt like I was in great hands with him guiding me through my recovery. I am and forever will be impressed and thankful for the support and professionalism by the PT’s I have worked with. They truly listen and help instead of just going through the motions like I have experienced in other pt offices. I will recommend them for as long as I live in the area. I am currently receiving therapy for the second time at Elite, following my second total knee replacement. I worked with Omero last year and this year I am working with him again along with Andrew. Both of them are encouraging and supportive. They know when to push me and when I need a break. They also make great small talk to kind of take my mind off of the exercises. Excellent physical therapy practice!  The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and caring.  I had never been to physical therapy and was a bit apprehensive about going, but everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I have had very good service from two separate therapists at this location. Thank you to Lauren for helping heal my knee and back and giving me faith that PT actually works (had a really bad previous experience at a different place). I have gone through a number of different health issues over the years that have necessitated the need of physical therapy to recover completely. This year was the second time that I have been a patient with Elite Physical Therapy. The first was last year after a pretty invasive back surgery. The care and understanding these therapists have helped me achieve my goal of returning to walking full time without the assistance of a cane. After surgery I didn't know if that would ever by the case. Thank you for the support and the help in reaching my goals now and helping to push them forward. Lauren and the whole crew of Elite Physical Therapy Bonney Lake & Graham are wonderful! They're professional, empathetic, communicative, and listened to my concerns as the patient so I could get back to the outdoor adventure activities I really enjoy! This is my second time being seen by Lauren and I couldn't have been able to bounce back nearly as well without her. The front desk staff is always welcoming, and the other PTs are also incredible. I would highly recommend Elite PT located in Bonney Lake.  I was experiencing pinched nerves in my neck which lead to excruciating pain and tingling down my right arm, including numbness in some fingers.  After working mainly with Sean, and sometimes Jonathan, they helped me to alleviate the pain, tingling and numbness.  From the front office customer service to working with the physical therapists, they are exceptional in their knowledge and expertise.  I have experienced this issue a few times previously with this being the worst pain ever.  Each appointment gave me some form of relief and improvement.  The home exercise routine they recommended was spot on towards my recovery.  I am so impressed by their approach to tackle my issue and the knowledge I have gained in dealing with my situation.  I still have some muscle weakness to work on, but relief from the pain is an amazing feeling.  This office came highly recommended by my primary care doctor and now I see why! Everyone is great. I've needed PT for different reasons, & surgical recovery for most of my adult life. All the staff at Elite are the best.
