Neena is the best PT I have ever worked with. She is thorough and helps guide me during recovery, making sure that I know what questions to ask my doctor, and what to expect during the healing phase of my surgery. Taylor is always on top of the schedule, and does a great job of managing my crazy requests. I have truly found a gem in Therapydia.

Both Gabby and Ryan were awesome and extremely instrumental during my recovery from surgery. I’d recommend anyone in the area to see them for physical therapy needs.

I had a great experience with physical therapy for my frozen shoulder. When I first started, my shoulder was very stiff and painful, and it was difficult to do everyday activities. Ryan and Gabriel were both incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. They explained the exercises clearly and made sure I was doing everything correctly. Over time my range of motion improved a lot and the pain decreased significantly. I really appreciated how encouraging they were and how they adjusted the exercises to what my shoulder needed. Thanks to Ryan and Gabriel, my shoulder feels so much better. I’m very grateful for their care and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with a frozen shoulder.lol

I was blown away by the professionalism of the physical therapists at the Hazel Dell location, their observation skills, attention to details. They use different treatment techniques that are tailored for you, explain your treatment goals, listen to the concerns with compassion, and you feel like you are in good hands. The place is nice, bright and clean, and there is an atmosphere of friendliness there. Give them a try, you’ll be happy you did it! Update 2025 - new review and, again, very positive. I am seeing a new physical therapist now - Gabrielle Palfenier-Brown. If you haven’t met her yet, line up! She is one of the rare doctors who asks multiple questions, takes time studying the MRI results and comparing them to the previous ones. After she gets a clear picture, she conveys it to the patient (me) and explains what the goal is and how it can be achieved. She’s calm, knowledgeable, friendly and funny. During the session she’s 100% with you, teaching and watching your every move. One of the rare gems you want to follow wherever they go! Many thanks!

While searching for a PT that could treat TMJ and close to home, I found Therapydia at Hazel Dell. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable. The pain in my jaw has improved tremendously since I started to come in the last 2 months and I’m very grateful for all the help I’ve received from my therapists. This clinic is fantastic. The whole team really cares about helping people recover, gain strength, and have an improved quality of life after injury. They even have a super cute graduation wall when healed. In particular Kelly Steffy is kind, dedicated, and really knowledgeable, particularly with chronic pain strength training and recovery whether from injury or MVA. I’ve seen PTs before where they don’t really seem to understand how emotionally impactful chronic pain can be, but I’ve never felt that here, and Kelly has always made me feel heard,, and provides quality care with compassion, and accessible exercises that can be done at home as well. As an added bonus she fully supports and remembers the fun names I give the exercises which help me remember how to do them properly. The clinic space is clean, with natural light and includes a private room for care whether for privacy based on the persons comfort or for people in need of pelvic floor care, which Kelly also treats. 11/10 stars for Therapydia hazel dell and Kelly Steffy in particular. She also makes me laugh and laughter is such helpful addition when managing injury and discomfort. The whole staff including Adria, clinic director Ryan, and the front staff team making appts and insurance wrangling a smooth process, are all excellent!!!!

Kelly is AMAZING! She's so warm, caring, funny, and supportive. She always makes you feel like you’re her most important patient. I came to Therapydia from another PT clinic which made me feel like a number being passed through a machine. Not here. The individual attention I get here makes me feel safe, confident and valued. I've been seeing Adria for a number of years, and I think the world of her. She does physical therapy like it should be done. She does more thorough exams than anyone I've ever met and takes her work very seriously. After a number of other doctors and therapists completely missed it, she correctly diagnosed a back problem that I am now having surgery for. If it hadn't been for her, the path to figuring out that issue would have been much longer. Plus, she is just a very nice, caring person and a pleasure to be around.

This is the second time I’ve rehabbed with a Therapydia and I’m a happy patient. Ramona was my first point of contact and she was kind, friendly and accommodating with my goofy work schedule. My therapist is Adria and she’s keeping me on tasked and goal-oriented. I’m an impatient person but I’m doing my exercises and making progress for sure.
