Start Your Career with Alliance

We are committed to the education of our partners, peers and aspiring professionals alike, so we offer programs specifically designed for physical therapy students and recent grads. Our 16-week mentorship program provides new graduates with the tools to start their career off right. This program begins within the first 30 days of employment and is designed to accelerate the professional development of recently graduated physical therapists so they can provide a best in-class experience for their patients and build a foundation of success with the Alliance Physical Therapy Partners family.

Additionally, we are so excited to partner with 60+ universities to provide clinical education opportunities for students pursuing physical therapy.
