Rachel leads the Marketing efforts of Alliance in collaboration with the corporate team and independent practice leaders alike. She develops the strategic marketing and growth initiatives to build brand awareness for all of Alliance’s partners, overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the organization’s marketing initiatives.
Before Alliance, Rachel held marketing roles with both national (Anthem) and a regional system-owned (Priority Health) payers, where she excelled in improving the overall member/patient and provider experiences.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Economics from George Mason University and a healthcare-focused MBA from The George Washington University.
She is deeply passionate about providing patients with an excellent healthcare experience and supporting the Alliance mission to delight our partners, patients, and employees through result-centered marketing and communications.
Rachel resides in East Grand Rapids, Michigan with her husband and son and enjoys traveling and the outdoors.
