This is the second great experience I have had with Back in Motion PT and I couldn't be more happy with the results. My low back pain had been been a daily occurrence but thanks to Lucas and Brooke, I am pain free! The exercises and treatment were spot on. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE PHYSICAL THERAPY. Additional note: i have just completed additional  physical therapy (December 2025) to strengthen my back and with the help of Tristan, Brook and Cam, am feeling great without low back pain. I was very surprised at their ability to give same-day appointments.  I've had a great experience with everything from scheduling, to my gym time, to my progress! I am very impressed with Tristin. He knew exactly what type of vertigo I have and how to take care of my issue on one visit. I did go back the following week to see how I was doing. The therapists at Back in Motion Physical Therapy in Gorham, and in particular, Madison Olsen, were attentive, knowledgable cheerleaders in my recovery from knee replacement surgery. They patiently designed exercises that gradually increased in difficulty at just the right pace. Now that I have been discharged, I have the home program they designed which I am continuing to do 3 times per week. I am grateful for their professionalism and expertise. I also worked with Brook and Cam on occasion and they were very good as well. In addition, a student working under Madison’s supervision, another Cam, was very good to work with and I think he will be a great therapist when he finishes school. I have found Cameron Twombley, PT to be very willing to deal with the challenge of my 15 herniated disc back affecting my arthritic hip on a regular basis. He is constantly seeking intuitive exercises based on the weekly changes that I have (unfortunately) brought him with muscle spasms and severe limping on my worst days. It’s always a pleasant experience rehabbing an injury with the help of the team at Back in Motion in Gorham. I believe I have been going there for 30 Years. I had the pleasure of working with Kasey, a student at UNE, to help me with pain management, appropriate exercises, and someone that listens to me the patient. Her knowledge, expertise and outgoing personality made it easy to  attend. The folks there work as a team and give and take advice from each other to the benefit of the patient. I started seeing Cam to help with pain while running, and shortly after began dry needling with Maddy, and I’ve noticed such a big difference since starting. I went into the Beach to Beacon 10K (two days after my third dry needling session) expecting to take it easy based on how I was feeling, and ended up getting a PR and feeling stronger than I have since before my pain started!
