Alliance Physical Therapy Partners (APTP), a national provider of outpatient rehabilitation services, is pleased to announce the addition of Anthony Placek as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective September 26, 2022.
Placek brings almost 20 years of experience within the outpatient physical therapy space to his role and is an accomplished healthcare leader who, prior to joining APTP, held leadership positions at ATI Physical Therapy, Family Allergy and Asthma, and Bierman Autism Centers. Placek is a licensed physical therapist who attended Northern Illinois University and completed the Evidence in Motion Executive Program in Practice Management, Doctor of Physical Therapy.

As COO, Placek will work under Richard Leaver, CEO, and will lead APTP outpatient physical therapy partners day-to-day operations and clinical functions across the company's national footprint. Placek is positioned to be instrumental in maintaining APTP's clinician-centric culture and to better support partners through a period of significant growth.
