Jan 5, 26 walked into this place with a cane, two knees braces. I could barely walk. Caroline worked up a plan, and religiously attended every week as scheduled, I did my home assignments using the app. Every week Caroline would use her Jedi hand tricks on both knees, it an experience that you will know when you choose to get your therapy here. The facility is clean, get atmosphere. Around the second week in June I walked out, I could run and wear my heals (clickrty-clack), no more cane no more braces, FREE at Last FREE at Last my knees were FREE at Last

I just had a knee replacement in November 2025. I decided on Panther Rehab for my PT and I am so happy I did. Caroline and Ryan are wonderful therapists. They explain every exercise thoroughly, are attentive and want the best for their patient. Also, they are friendly and it feels like a family setting which makes it comfortable to be there and complete your PT therapy.

I have tight hamstrings and chronic low back pain, which Ryan helped resolve over a couple of weeks. Previously, Caroline fit me in before a hiking trip in the Rocky Mountains, allowing me to travel pain free. Both therapists are professional and knowledgeable in working through an issue and providing a home regimen that keeps me active and feeling good. I first used Panther 20+ years ago, and I’ll continue any time I need physical therapy.

I had a not-so-fun surgery on my feet and ankles, and Panther was my first call for physical therapy. I had such great results with Mike in the past, so I was devastated to learn he was no longer with Panther. I was in too much pain to shop around, so I decided to stay with Panther due to its proximity to my house. I’m so glad I did. All I have to say now is: “Mike who?” Ryan and Caroline were incredible physical therapists. Not only did they guide me through the right exercises for my recovery, they also took the time to truly get to know me. I never dreaded going to PT, and from what I could tell, most patients felt the same way. The atmosphere was always upbeat and positive, which made all the difference in my healing process. I am almost fully healed and am starting to live my life the way that I did before the injuries. I cannot thank Ryan and Caroline enough. I truly hope that Alliance Physical Therapy realizes how lucky they are to have two gems working at the Allison Park office.

PT Caroline is very positive and personable. She works with you at your tolerance but encourages you to push further when she thinks you can She has a personal plan for your needs. She explains how things work and why you are doing certain exercises. She manipulates your joints when needed. Welcomes you back each session with a smile. 😊

i had never been to PT before, and did not like to exercise. Ryan, Caroline, and the rest of the staff were very understanding and patient, and helped me through understanding the purpose of each exercise. After a few sessions, I saw a significant reduction in my knee pain, and I feel as though I am on the right track. The atmosphere was very professional, yet welcoming, thanks to the staff.

I highly recommend that you try try Panther PT in Allison Park. I tried Panther based on a friend's high recommendation. What I found was a well-staffed, and immaculate office. There is an atmosphere of friendly professionalism. I would like to thank Staff Physical Therapist- Ryan Seiler for helping me believe that my shoulder injury would eventually heal, if I put in the work. Was diagnosed with frozen shoulder. I’ve never had a need for physical therapy before this frozen shoulder. I was prescribed PT. Ryan was excellent! He did a very thorough interview and exam of my symptoms and limitations then we went right to work! Ryan made it very easy to be compliant with exercises at home with an app and visuals. Getting an appointment was easy and results amazing!!! Thank you Ryan! Good luck at the Orange Bowl!
