I have had many physical therapist over the years, rude, un friendly, demanding.  Whatcom Physical Therapy  was great. The receptionist was very friendly.  My therapist Varundeep was the nicest, helpful, knowledgeable therapist I've ever  had. Highly recommended this Blaine office.

Kevin and his team are AWESOME!.. It is THE place to go after surgery!....or before!...I have an active lifestyle and Kevin gets me back to myself faster than anyone I've ever been to!..For a "softer but effective" touch...Varun is your guy.  Rosemary and Megan round out a fantastic team. Of course, nothing is possible without Corrine and her organizational skills!...She's such a pro at getting all my scheduling done and insurance taken care of...and always with a sweet disposition! I am going to WPT in hopes to improve my balance.  My primary therapist is Varun.  He conducted both my initial assessment and evaluation.  He then planned an ambitious program of exercises to strengthen my legs and upper body and to practice balance.  He recognizes that balance involves many aspects--posture, muscular strength, foot placement, and others. Varun is a very capable therapist.  He listens carefully, clearly demonstrates the exercises, and observes while I engage in them.  He tries to get to know me as a person, not just a patient, and shares personal information so I can begin to know him.  He provides feedback and correction for my performance of the exercises in a gentle and positive way.  His standards for the exercises is high, and he repeats demonstrations as needed. I have had my first-time experience at Whatcom Physical Therapy and I have to say, it was a really nice experience. Everyone was so kind and patient with me, calling me by my name. Shame on me, I barely remember a few names of these kind people, but everyone is so professional here. Kevin was working with me and he went above and beyond with my exercises, making me feel so happy that I can move way better when I finished my physical therapy than when I started. For people who live north of Bellingham,WA, this physical therapy facility is a great find. It is conveniently located for people to be able to go early in the morning before going to work, late in the afternoon after returning from work or any time during the day for retirees like myself. The clinic has plenty of equipment that the trainer help get the customer/ patient to use correctly. They are staffed by several young, capable Physical Therapists who analyze the need of their patients and accordingly design a suitable exercise routine for them. During my lifetime I have used many Physical Therapy clinics in Washington, California and Texas. Based on the diversity of the equipment and the quality/ knowledge and style of the staff in addition to their motivation to excel in finding a way to help their customers, I can attest that this Physical Therapy facility is on par with the best in helping their patents with their physical challenges and needs.

I am so thankful I am having my PT at Whatcom Physical Therapy. The two therapists I have worked with are extremely talented. I crave the massages and am excited to get new exercises added to my regime. Everything thing is sexplained to me in terms that I can understand and all my questions are answered. Going there makes me happy to be participating as a team member in my recovery from total knee replacement surgery. I spent a couple of years prompting my 97 year old stepDad to go to PT for a painful bowed leg. I got him an unloader knee brace on my own, but wanted him to have it fitted and for him to go to PT for his gait and leg strength. He did go to his PCP to get a PT referral and told Blaine Whatcom PT to have their best knee brace person for the 1st appt.. My step-dad said that this 1st person "didn't know sic'em" about braces and was trying to put it on 90° rotated on his leg. Then he got another appointment for PT for the next week. He showed up and they had no record of an appointment. My step-dad is "done" with PT after this. I am very disappointed. Unfortunately for me, it's the second time here. They help me the first time when I had a bad operation and I was able to walk again. Then to find out later that I had to have the thing redone, again, once again, we're in that journey to get me back on my feet. This is the only place I want to be. These people are smart, caring, understanding, and most of all, they're human. The customer service is above and beyond patriots. I went to physical therapist Dolly! She was absolutely amazing! I’d been living with lower back issues for 2 years, I’d been to physical therapy twice and a chiropractor and it never got better. Dolly was able to correctly diagnose me and gave me the correct exercises and treatment to improve my problem. The quality of my life improved drastically within six weeks thanks to Dolly.
