Had a really great PT experience at Therapydia Tanasbourne! Kim at the front desk was always incredibly helpful and informative; she clearly keeps the office running smoothly. Worked with Zeyla for PT and she was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and caring; she explained conditions and exercises in a clear and understandable way. I didn't realize why I was experiencing some of my symptoms and now I do. I would recommend this office and Zeyla to anyone!

This place an amazing physical therapist, Hung. I was having back and hip issues that were ignored by doctors, very complicated for most PT's and he was amazing and the only one who kind of figured it out, but my insurance stopped paying and then I moved. Anyway, Hung, if you are reading this, I had my back fused and disc replaced by Summit Spine- amazing. And my hip? A displaced labrum. Going to ROC PDX for that repair. If you have not been listened to or have complicated issues, this is the place and Hung is the guy. 10 out of 5 stars. Another side note: I have been to 2 Therapydia's and both were really good, but Hung 👌🏼 and he is super cool.

I highly recommend Therapydia. I worked with Logan who helped me reduce my pain significantly and increase functioning. I felt like my questions and concerns were listened to thoroughly with thoughtful and educational responses. I also appreciate that I was given a realistic and clear plan for how to move forward and manage my symptoms upon concluding treatment, which has not always been my experience with PT. All the staff are friendly and personable as well!

Came here because of TMJ pain.. I had a great experience with PT Zac. He helped relieve a lot of the pain I was experiencing from my TMJ disorder. Although it was very painful at first, he was knowledgeable and used effective jaw mobilization techniques that made a noticeable difference. Zac is kind, professional, and focused on patient-centered care. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking treatment for TMJ or other physical therapy needs!!! ☺️

Ryan and Greg are the best!! I worked with both of them after I dislocated my knee in January and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I’ve been working with Logan for the last couple months while dealing with calcific tendinitis in my shoulder and he has been SUCH a big help! From the first time I came in he really listened to me and put me at ease- I was in so much pain and was worried that I would be forced to move my arm in ways that would hurt, but he was so gentle and supportive and has never pushed me harder than I was ready for. The level of connection and humor that he brings to his treatment create such a positive, collaborative atmosphere and I have made such dramatic progress with his help. The gals at the front desk are also so friendly, professional and on-top of things which makes every visit an ease. 10/10 recommend 👍

This place is amazing!!! Everyone is welcoming. The therapy is custom designed to meet your individual needs. Everything is thoroughly explained. I had emergency back surgery a year ago, then had L4-5 fusion in December, followed by right hip replacement in March. I am now able to do hikes and gardening again. I cannot thank everyone enough, especially Kathy.

I can't thank Dave enough for helping me over these past six months recover from two total knee replacement surgeries. Thanks to him, I've met all the goals and milestones set by my surgeon. The entire staff at Happy Valley has been fantastic. Thank you, Dave, Heather, Hung, and Steve!

I was starting to lose hope with some feet issues I had been having for over a year. I worked with Sabrina on certain exercises to strengthen weak areas and she was encouraging and helped me get through the pain and challenges I was facing. I was considering surgery for a brief amount of time, but she was encouraging me to seek other alternatives first and I was very happy I did. Shockwave therapy and the PT exercises helped me be able to now do workouts and go hiking again. Even standing for long periods of time is doable! I wouldn’t have believed I could be pain free 4 months ago, Sabrina is amazing to work with.

This review is long overdue! I have been to Therapydia (the Lake Oswego location) on and off for the past 5 years, both for low back pain, joint issues, and now for a tear in my hip labrum. All of the providers I have seen have been wonderful, and Nick at the front desk is always so helpful and delightful to chat with on a not so good day when you are in pain. I am currently working with Kaileigh and she has been AMAZING for my hip issue. Not only is she empathetic and knowledgeable, but she is great at distracting me with humor and chatting about weekend plans and TV shows while pushing me to do some hard work. I have also never had any billing issues here, and when you work with insurance, you know how rare that is. Highly recommend this clinic for physical therapy and rehab!

After slipping a disc in my back, the team at Therapydia helped me identify the issues that caused it, then put together a progressive program to rebuild my strength and stability. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
