Big shoutout to the hardworking team at this location starting with Nancy at the front who is super helpful, patient, and understanding. Also Dr. Rachel, Liz, Randy, Phillip, Dorian, and best of all, Mr. Enoch Ruiz. I came to their office several weeks ago with severe pain and impaired mobility from multiple injuries due to a high speed vehicle collision- this awesome team of professionals worked diligently to help piece me back together like Humpty Dumpty. Their personalized exercise plan with gradual modifications over time taught me how to begin moving my body safely and confidently to regain more independence with daily tasks. Meeting this team and learning as much as I have from them is only the beginning of my lifelong recovery after such a difficult, life-changing event, but I could not have asked for a better headstart. The Joe Battle location is elite. On one of the worst pain (Therapist Randy went above and beyond with manual stretching). Enoch and Juan are also a group of fantastic Therapists! Great place.I’ve been here twice. The staff is great. Starting with the receptionist. All the therapist are great. but there is always one who stands out. He is friendly and sweet He is Enoch Ruiz. He is a. professional as it should be. He’s with you through your therapy . He makes sure you’re doing your exercise correctly.i will miss him.

BTS is one of the best therapy place. The staff and environment are all positive at the John Hayes location. Liz is great at motivating and making sure I'm not in any pain when I'm working on my shoulder.

I like the energy that all the staff put into their care. Everyone is helpful. Liz explains things well and is helpful in explaining the excercises. All around good experience on the road to a phyiscal recovery.

My first session was great. The energy in the building is great. Liz was and is amazing, she showed me things I didn’t know. If you need any physical therapy I highly recommend Border Therapy Services.

I had a really great experience at this bother therapy center. The stuff are really welcome. My instructor really nice and knows his job. I started to feel better in only few weeks. My pain was gone by the time I finished my schedule weeks. Im really thankful 🙏.

He estado en este brother therapy en dos ocaciones , la primera vez por un choque mis cervicales se dañaron y con las terapia las recuperé muy bien no me volvieron a molestar la segunda vez me lastime los ligamentos de mi rodilla derecha y la terapia me está dando buenos resultados , gracias a los y las terapistas que me están atendiendo.

Randy, what can I say? Well first of all this man is pretty awesome. It's almost worth going to my appointments just to be encouraged by this man. I love how caring and supporting all of the staff are at this location, easily five stars, but Randy makes this place deserve like ten more stars. Sadly, Google doesn't give me the option to go that high. Keep being awesome team!!!

Had a great experience here. Staff was amazing and they had great equipment and was always clean. Yoshi and Liz were always great and always made the workout a lot better. Would definitely recommend this place for therapy !

Border Therapy is such a great place to go for your PT sessions. To start, everyone there is incredibly welcoming and kind, I’ve had the pleasure of working with the whole team, and they’re all amazing. I especially want to thank Randy and Enoch for always pushing me past my limits in the best way, while also helping relieve tension and pressure. They’ve not only helped me feel better during sessions, but I’m also starting to feel better overall, both physically and mentally. I highly recommend them!

Rachel is a true professional and great customer service young lady, she took her time in explaining to me about my up coming appointment for physical therapy and is aware of my ptsd that I can't handle being around too many people, I highly recommend Border Therapy to anyone who may need their services, Joe.

I cannot say enough about Border Therapy Services on John Hayes. The clinic is clean, bright and inviting. The staff is so knowledgeable and professional. Rachel Santiago, the Physical Therapist, is very bright, patient and listens to the client. Randy Gutierrez, the clinic director, is on top of his team and makes sure everyone is on task and that the client's needs are met. Enoch is so kind and respectful while working with me and Yoshi has that youthful energy that just helps to motivate everyone. Nancy at the front desk is very kind and helpful with taking care of appointments and insurance matters. All in all the entire staff at the John Hayes location have a good rapport and they treat their clients like family. I look forward to my therapy sessions and I recommend them to anyone who is in need of physical therapy.

Great team! Everyone at this office is so nice and accommodating. They really listen to what’s wrong and help you get better.
