First day of therapy with Manny at BTS was a good experience. He was informative as he guide me thru workout. I felt comfortable knowing he was watching me in case I had a muscle spasm. The BTS personnel are caring and efficient in helping us customers with checking in, schedules, and payments. Border Therapy Services I will recommend to my family and friends. This was my first review of BTS and my frozen shoulder injury became unfrozen. My orthopedic was pleased with my results from BTS therapy. Now , my second review. I have returned to Border Therapy Services for my knee replacement therapy. Why? They are professional and courteous therapists who developed personalize therapy for each patient's medical needs. Jacob Haener and his team exhibit these traits. Their staff assistants also are well trained to implement your workout plan. They conduct themselves professionally and are courteous to us patients. They offer encouragement and personalize service as you workout under their supervision. The clinic is well equipped with equipment and it is clean and sanitize to work out in. When you sign in, the front office personnel greet you with a warm smile and recognize you by saying your name. This is Robert “Rusty” Burns and I want to thank Border Therapy again for helping in my rehabilitation from my foot surgery earlier this year. My sessions were from early May to the end of June and each time their staff was friendly, attentive and motivating. I am very appreciative for all the exercises I was given which are still proving beneficial even now that my sessions are over. I went into therapy with hardly any strength in my foot and with the guidance of every wonderful therapist I worked with, I am feeling great. I’ve even taken my own measures to stay active, like buying my own walking pad. And I am happy to say that I can walk 45 minutes uninterrupted and in no foot pain whatsoever, which was the goal I said I wanted at the start of my treatment. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Border Therapy and it feels great being active again.

Everyone is so wonderful! I bring my 2 yr old and feel felt bad the first time because I know most places prefer kids don't come with, and they are so sweet with her. They help with her so I can focus on my workout. I just feel so welcome here and I don't feel judged once like I do by most people in healthcare The whole staff are just wonderful, genuinely nice people.
