I could not recommend a better place to go! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everyone genuinely takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Their physical therapy program has been extremely helpful, and the exercises and treatments are tailored to your specific needs and progress. The staff truly cares about helping their patients improve rather than just going through the motions. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for high quality physical therapy. I'm a 75yr.old vet.When I arrived at BT I had numbness and tingling in my right hand and arm accompanied by pain from my neck to my lower back, loss of strength and mobility.  Those young therapists are very knowledgeable in their field. The results are beyond my expectations.  No more pain, numbness, tingling, my strength and mobility are back to normal. I’ve had 3 different times that I needed PT and each time Border Therapy Services helped me to truly get better and stronger. Maybe even better than before. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made me feel comfortable and supported throughout every visit. I had a back injury and needed physical therapy. I'm grateful to have gone to the Gateway location. They were incredible to work with. I have been to physical therapy a few times in my life for different injuries and the team at Border Therapy Services is definitely my favorite by far. They were down to Earth. They tolerated my humor wonderfully. They challenged me where I needed it. When I communicated certain pains, they would adjust my workouts accordingly without making me feel like I'm not doing what I'm supposed to do. If my form was off they would politely correct me. I am stronger and continue to get stronger because of them. Their customer service is phenomenal. I didn't always want to go to physical therapy but I always felt so much better after I went. I have continued to follow my workouts since completing physical therapy and I feel amazing. Motion is lotion. Thank you to the whole team at Border Therapy Services Gateway Blvd! For those of you looking for a proper PT, look no further, this is it. I’ve gone through several PTs for several injuries, both through company preferred and personally selected, and this place has gone above and beyond to ensure that I succeeded and recovered better than pre-injury condition. The wonderful front desk, Yasmeli and Ale were always cheerful and made sure you were welcomed; consistently working with me to adjust last minute schedule changes. Thank you! Now, coming in, I could barely walk and they slow roll you into what your body can handle, while offering modern tech like laser and needle treatment. Arlene was very articulate in explaining the benefits while handling and assisting in my laser and needle therapy. Unlike other PTs, here they work the injury progressively, and each session is never the same, with exercises gradually going from basic to impossible. Even the more difficult ones become extremely challenging, but it’s really just for your own good. At least that’s what they tell me. On that note shoutout to Noor for the programming of my recovery, and her whole team guiding me through this process. Y’all’s challenge to progress made my sessions very “unique” and entertaining.
