Was my first session and Ive been to 2 other locations. The technicians were friendly and accommodating. The therapist Nathan came out got background in formation of my problematic areas. Then gave me a massage and even scheduled next appointment. They seem to be squared away, professional, and have compassion for patient where other locations deferred appointments to pretty nasty receptionist. I would recommend this location over any other even when compared to other therapy companies. It’s worth any extra drive for the level of care you get. Thanks crew and Nathan!!!! Fyi both Apple and Google maps took me to way different areas. Location is next to El Paso Sheriff’s Annex on Montana.

I like the fact that they do keep adding intensity with different exercises, I hope with time I will be better and lower my back pain

I went to border therapy on montana ave. I had severe pain in my arm and neck . Had two herniated disc in my neck was almost ready to do surgery but was confused I did not want surgery stayed with my therapy and was guided by Patrick and karley with the best advice. After 3 months of physical therapy I am feeling 100 percent and did not get surgery. Thank you to the staff and everyone there. Everyone was so kind and helpful you all do a great job.

My name is Mercedes. I've been a patient for a few weeks now. The first time I went, I couldn't even raise my leg. Through patience and guidance from my providers, I have improved so much. I am very thankful to Patrick Brandon, my Physical Therapist who listened and tailored the treatment to my needs. I also commend Elizabeth Valadez, my PT technician who inspires me to do better, I call her my best friend. I promise to do my exercises! Thank you.

I didn't think I would get full mobility of my right shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. But, after the sessions here and the homework they instructed me to do at home, helped a lot. After about a month and a half, I have full mobility with little pain. These folks are awesome! I highly recommend this location if you reside in this area of town for your Physical Therapy needs. Once again I thank God they are close by and could get me back to where I was before my shoulder surgery.

Awesome staff. Dr. Brandon is the best therapist that I have ever had. I have had many physical therapist but no one like Dr Brandon. Evey patient, explains in detail, definitely will find correct exercise to fit your needs.

The Border Therapy Services on Montana is outstanding. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is great. They are very focused on taking you through your routine paying attention to detail, always asking how you are feeling to assure you are at the level you're comfortable but nudging you along. Patrick Brandon is the reason I chose the Montana location. He did my initial evaluation and I was very impressed. His knowledge, education, and experience assure your success. Mel and Kathy are two of the therapists who have assisted me and are both great. I can't say enough good things. If you need physical therapy, this is your place.

I had vertigo. Patrick and his team developed a specific plan for my type of vertigo. Yes there are different types and Patrick was able to pin point which chamber in my inner ear was giving me the problem and developed a specific set of therapeutic moves. Thank you Patrick and staff for finally correcting my inbalance,.

My experience with border therapy has been nothing short of lovely :) Adrian, Vivian and the crew are so welcoming and good at describing instructions for exercises and stretches. Patrick is very thorough in his assessment and movement prescriptions!

If you live on the far east side this is one of many BTS that you can visit for physical therapy. Not sure bout the other location but this location has great service from the moment you walk in , to the consult with Dr.Brandon, to the PTA that are with you throughout your entire session . They have more than enough PT and PTAs to have one on one attention. They are also fluent in Spanish if your wondering . Definitely recommend this location for great treatment and physical therapy sessions . Si vives en el extremo este, este es uno de los muchos BTS que puedes visitar para realizar fisioterapia. No estoy seguro de la otra ubicación, pero esta ubicación tiene un excelente servicio desde el momento en que ingresa hasta la consulta con el Dr. Brandon y la PTA que está con usted durante toda la sesión. Tienen PT y PTA más que suficientes para recibir atención personalizada. También hablan español con fluidez si te lo preguntas.
